I love the connotation that this is built on the high bank of Braes Bayou to give psychological reassurance to all of those seniors that live there and worry the next time we get a 500 year old flood because, "Hey, You live on the High bank!" Don't worry your cars are going to float just like the rest of the buildings built this close to a major flood plain.
