oceaner
Hello, I am currently conducting a small project that involves capturing black & white photos of Houston's historic buildings. I am specifically looking for buildings from the the earliest 1800's to the early 1900's. I have a good collection going and looking for suggestions on other interesting buildings for the collection. Here is a link to the portfolio (work in progress): http://stuartpartridge.smugmug.com/Historic-Houston-BW All the best, Stuart Edited February 20, 2014 by oceaner

Subdude
Excellent photos. Very impressive. There should be other buildings from that era in the First Ward and Heights as well.
oceaner
I am having a lot of fun with this. I have been living in Houston for 12 years now and had no idea Houston had so much history. Thoroughly enjoying educating myself with this I'll start digging around the First Ward area.
