j_cuevas713
It would be awesome if they removed all the parking and just made it greenspace that flows in to the park. Hopefully that adult store and comic book store are both gone soon as the value of the land continues to increase. They're both extreme eyesores. j_cuevas713
This thing is hideous. I drove by today and I'm not impressed so far at all. That whole stone siding needed to be removed, instead it was painted black .

j_cuevas713
Even with that hideous parking lot, adding more trees and pedestrian space would have REALLY helped. If this is a result of parking minimums, then this is what we get. My hope is that this is a template to grow off of. So maybe a really gorgeous mural, maybe a small personal pocket park for the residents, idk. Edited November 19 by j_cuevas713
