frheard
Just returned from "RIGOLETTO" at Miller. Loved it! This is the type of thing that happens in NYC and Chicago and should happen more often in Houston. The Menil Collection is one of my favorite places on the planet. The fact that so few Houstonians know of the wealth of culture and art at this establishment is sad. Everyone should know about this place. barracuda
Everyone should know about this place.Yes and no. Part of what makes that area so great to me is that there aren't throngs of tourists making noise, leaving behind trash, etc. It's one of the few serene areas in the city that isn't overly-popular. Try spending some time in Hermann Park or the zoo on a sunny weekend and you'll understand what I mean.
