editor
Tomorrow (May 2, 2008) Houston will be given an award as the Most Accessible City by the National Organization on Disabilities. The group will give Mayor White a check for $25k for it. Maybe that could pay for half a cop to keep people from parking on sidewalks so that wheelchairs can pass.
