BGE, Inc. obtained an utility administrative application fee for 104 Asbury St yesterday.

It looks like the City of Houston owns this parcel of land. There is a lot of activity with construction trucks and dirt. 

Does anyone know what is going on? Park? Drainage? Private building?

The plan reviewing fee pertains to a sales trailer for the future St. Regis Residences. Located at 102 Asbury Pl (102 Asbury Place), St. Regis Residences Houston is a condominium development. Satya Inc. is collaborating with Marriot International on the development.

Following a plan reviewing fee in September, Landers Consulting, Inc. has obtained a plan review for 5441 Memorial Dr. It's likely permitting will be approved for a sales trailer soon.

Details from the plan review:

• Use: 2,880 new metal office building 1-1-5-B-B 21' IBC 
• FCC Group: Non-residential alteration

The sales trailer is for the future St. Regis Residences. Located at 102 Asbury Pl (102 Asbury Place), St. Regis Residences Houston is a condominium development. Satya Inc. is collaborating with Marriot International on the development.
