Plans call retail, office, housing, commercial, and two hotels. Cresta Bella will also house be home to the new HQ for one of its developers, Post Oak Development. Prices will range from $400,000 to $3 million. Most of the lots have been sold to local luxury custom home builders. There will also be a multifamily portion to Cresta Bella.
