WTx Posted May 9, 2007 Share Posted May 9, 2007 New hospital coming to east El Paso - 5/9/2007(El Paso: Medical) Sierra Providence Health Network is building a new hospital located at Edgemere and Loop 375 in east El Paso. The estimated cost of the 278,000-square-foot facility is approximately $140 million. Sierra Providence hopes to recruit nearly 30 doctors this year for the new hospital. Construction should finish next March and be opened by May 2008. The hospital will have 106 beds, with plans to expand in future years. Over 500 employees are expected to work in the hospital.
