Looks like there is some sort of exoskeleton/facade at the front of the auditorium.  Interesting! Edit: That's probably just the regular facade forming!

UTHealth Houston is requesting $100,000,000 for the $250,000,000, 250,000 sf "Houston Education, Research, and Innovation Core Building" as a CCAP in its legislative appropriations request. MD Anderson is requesting $100,000,000 in CCAP funding for a Bioscience Research Facility.

The new School of Public Health research building will have the fancy facade facing inward towards the Research Park complex. The motorist street view from Old Spanish Trail will feature the elongated colorful windows.

I'm glad they're wanting to make the Research Campus feel more whole.  There should be another UT research building next door. Called the Digital Innovation Tower, or something similar.

School of Public Health Research Building

*The McWilliams School of Biomedical Informatics at UTHealth Houston is seeing a sharp increase in enrollment, and the BioMedical School is due for an expansion.  The tower will go next to the School of Public Health research building.
