Yes, from my understanding that is the golf course and club house and ice house being built. The main entrance I believe is off Hirsch, at least that’s where the parking is going.

From the article, “The Laura will reference the industrial feel of a steamboat, according to its interior designers, and will feature a dog park, pool, outdoor yoga space and lawn games. Midway projects Phase One will be completed late next year or in early 2023.”
First time I’ve seen a completion date for Phase 1 be publicly announced.

ABC did a segment on East River this morning. East River posted it on their IG page, not a whole lot of info, just that summer is groundbreaking. No mention about the golf course / icehouse though.
