Come on now folks this is not the first time editor trashed our fair city just read his post in his profile look from around 2007 era you will see.
I think its time to start another forum based on Houston it may never be a large forum like this one but its worth a try.
You can learn alot just sitting back reading what people type.

In a 1997 Taco Bell television commercial, Gidget was seen as a male dog who, through the magic of special effects and a voice actor, proclaims in a richly accented voice: "Yo quiero Taco Bell" - Spanish for "I want Taco Bell."
Viewers were charmed. What was supposed to be a single ad became a campaign that ran from 1997 to 2000.

I think the consensus among a few on here is that the Tomball "theme" park is loose at best to be considered and "theme park" in the scheme of things. It's extra hype from the media to get people excited about it.
It's more like Fame City/Time Square/Main Event with outdoor activities.
But a park is a park.
Fame City was the bomb back in 1986, and will the mountion in the rendering be call Mount Houston?

I just realized I'm one out of five stars. None of the HAIFers really are my "friends", but what does that matter? I highly doubt that anyone on the HAIF knows anyone in the "real life".
If I really cared what the HAIF thought about me, I wouldn't even be at HAIF anymore.
Paper Tiger???

I also saw this restaurant "Antonia's Italian Cantina" going in near the IHOP/Arbys area on 290 near Cypress Rosehill and Fry Road. (On the other side of 290 from Alicia's.)
There are actually two new restaurants going into that strip center - Antonias and also some new bar/grill that opened on Monday (forgot the name but looked more like a beer joint with a limited menu of sandwiches and burgers.)
Looks pretty good though a little pricey from the reviews/website. Hopefully it will be good.
I ate at Alicia's before very good eating, cant wait to check the others out.

Entirely out of context: note that was nearly two months ago, before the forum updates. Also, they WERE acting like jerks...or at least that how it SEEMED (but you'd have to do some convincing)
The majority of the folks on here are not jerks!

Oddly enough, every post of mine NOT in the College Station forum is at least a negative one...maybe it's a sign to keep out of Houston stuff. But I won't let it bother me (though maybe it is)

Should I add that the most of you are acting like jerks right now, or is that just left to be assumed? IronTiger, on Saturday, May 23rd, 2009 @ 5:38pm, said:
It's certainly not exclusive to the HAIF, so I shouldn't single you out of the rest of the jerks out there. Yawn.
Think before you type!

You couldn't pay me enough to step onto a sheet of glass(or three) 103 stories up. I have a fear of heights that borders on the freaky. Has anyone ever heard the theory that it's not a fear of heights or of falling, but a fear of yourself jumping? Hmmmm....
Ya, I always felt that way when on top of high buildings its a very odd fealing!
