Also, does anyone know what I need to do if I want to 'black top' the Alleyway. Ours in a bad condition too and I think we would just prefer to invest in a more long term solution than just adding gravel every few months. Do I need to get a permit from the city ?

Do you or someone you know have any experience with Gulf Coast Pool Company. I am considering awarding a contract to them to build my small backyard pool

but I want to know if any Haifers have used them before ?

We are checking references but I want to check somemore as its a big decision !

This is a description of what we are selling. We bought it a couple of years ago, moved house,had it dismantled for storage and have not used it since ! Its in mint condition.

We paid $2799 as well as $300 for a dumbbell set...... I will sell it for $2000.

There are companies (like busy body) who will come and pick it up, deliver and assemble in your home for about $150...I can give you their details if you need them.

Last Saturday morning at approximately 9:15 am a hispanic male rang our doorbell. Our house is located on Harvard and 13th. Our front yard is surrounded by a 4 1/2 ft iron gate so he rang the bell at the gate entrance at the sidewalk. My son looked out from a second floor window and saw a tall (5'8" ish), hispanic male wearing a black sweatshirt with a hood over his head. My son then yelled out to our nanny that a man was at the gate. When my son looked back the man appeared to be gone. Our nanny went towards the front door and spied the man in our front yard (he had jumped over the gate) and was headed to the side of our house which leads to our back yard. He spotted our nanny looking out the window and immediately took off and jumped back over the front gate and into our neighbors front yard and then

disappeared. We called the police who responded very quickly. They said

our description of the individual sounded very similar to the man that attacked the family on 12 1/2 st two weeks ago.

Our neighborhood needs to be vigilant and keep doors locked at all times.

This person is not interested in burglarizing an empty house but rather entering an occupied home and committing a robbery possibly inflicting harm on its occupants. We are on high alert.

Hi...we just had informal hearing today....appraised value was $200K more that Market....Anyway long story short,we did NOT accept their new calcuation which on

only lowered it by a few dollars...so we go to formal hearing in a few weeks. My husband has a file full of organized information for our case but they barely want to hear

it...Does anyone have any tips for the FORMAL BOARD HEARING.. We have 15 mins.....Hope we can make our case....
