I'm looking for some investment properties around The Woodlands area. I would like to learn more about the area and have someone help me search for what I'm looking for. Can anyone recommend a real estate broker who specialize in single family or multi-units homes in The Woodlands?

I'm from The Woodlands and from what I've heard, Houston can't annex The Woodlands until 2011. However, Houston currently has no interest in annexing. Another possibility is The Woodlands can be annex by Conroe.
