A friend of mine mentioned a kiddie place called Wee Wild West. I went there as a kid (60's) but have no idea where it was. Anybody remember that one?

That was on Westheimer a little west of where the Galleria is now, near where Yorktown comes out.

The Astros should play a series there each season for old times sake...That would be a cool way to help keep it in business. The place has to be saved!

These threads have really brought back some great memories....Absolutely loved my time growing up in Houston during the 60's and 70's..

Wanted to put in a mention for The Mariner, near Westheimer and Fountain View. There was one on 1960 close to Champions also, and both were outstanding.
