It's a great lot on a quiet block. The big detractor is the disheveled Solar Supply building across the street.

Yeah, but they are a nice group of people. They have an old partial drive way that can hold 3 cars they let us use. Also there is a builder who wants to buy it to tear it down, but we would rather sell it to an individual. The same builder has 4 other lots on the block.

Did your grandparents trash the house beyond repair or something?

No, not at all. House needs to be jacked in order for it to be level. The house is just old. My grandpa, dad, and uncle redid most of the inside, but the lack of care is evident. It does have the original floors in great condition tho. They just dont want to have to go through the hassle of fixing it up.

I think the realtor decided to sell it as "lot value" :who knows:

Well the time has come for us to see our grandparents house. We still have a few things we are sorting through (as you can see in the pics) but we will have it fully cleaned out soon.
