Does anyone know what they've recently broke ground on at the northeast corner of Cullen and McHard in Pearland? They've cleared a lot of the land and have already marked off the area with tagged wooden stakes. I saw no signage of anything "Coming soon" and I was unable to take a picture as I was driving through the intersection on my way to work. Here's a map of the area (in yellow) where the construction is happening. Any ideas?

Thanks TxAgMel! How'd you find out about ChuckECheese and DSW? I can see ChuckECheese doing well but there's a ton of shoe stores and clothing stores that sell discounted shoes (Ross, Marshalls, etc.) already in the same retail center so let's see how long DSW makes it. I just wish they would expand the feeder and create more access to the Silverlake center 'cause going through the 518 entrance/exit is a nightmare on weekends.

I was at the Silverlake Petsmart this past week and noticed some construction taking place at the old Circuit City. It looked like the front fascia was being redesigned and extended forward. Does anyone know what is taking over the old Circuit City Silverlake location?

Can anyone find a link to an online rendering of the new Cullen Parkway development? I have not been able to find one online anywhere (including the City of Pearland's site). I live right off of Cullen west of the new Dawson High School and am really curious how this is expected to turn out. The detention pond north of the McHard expansion looks huge.
