Klein ISD made PBK Architects reduce the size of the building from 644,000 square feet to 620,000 square feet. The main entrance was also lowered in height, and the Central Plant was taken out of the design due to cost effeciency.

The changes save $168,000. Yea!

It is part of Gleannloch Farms. They are all Newmark houses, and they are beautiful.

The school board has not yet approved the exterior of the building. They have 3 designs, but they will likely approve the one you posted. They will vote on this at next month's meeting.

Several of the KISD Board members attended meetings of the Steering Committee, however none of their children were involved. The gentleman who is organizing the PAC to promote this bond is not related to any current or past Board member.

This is my first post here, although I have followed this Forum for some time. Everyone I know is voting against this bond, me included. WAY too much money.
