I have lived in the Spring-Klein for the majority of my life. It is true that the area is becoming more ethnic in every facet. But, the Klein community has dealt with it very well, with very little complaints from the residents or the migrators. The community you are moving into is a very accepting and welcoming community even in spite of wealth status.

The new location in Humble/Deerbrook actually did 180% to budget the first week (and that's a Grand Opening week, when the budgets are set a bit higher).. so, not too sure if they're committing suicide

Well, circuitcity.com has them Grand Opening on Thursday, yet an article on the chron.com said next month (which would be in agreement with the March 6th date I saw on katymills website)..

I was wondering if anyone could confirm the date, and if they know what athlete will be signing autographs at the opening.

thanks. should be interesting as this is one of their new Concept Stores called The City. they opened one in Deerbrook 2 weeks ago, and there's only like 16 total in the country.

any idea when the Apple Store is supposed to open in Willowbrook?

Staples plans on opening 11 locations in Houston this year. They tend to enter only 1 new market a year, but are breaking that trend this year (Minneapolis is the other market).

This is their 3rd attempt to enter the market, and this time it will stick. The Almeda Staples is supposed to open in April.

I will be looking at any further info on these 2 possible locations..
