I asked the property manager she said there were no problems there for about 3 years since she has been there. It's just that I am living North of I10 now washington and studemont area and I park on the street and my window has been smashed 3 times within 1.5 years. I also was not sure if there was alot of theft and robbery in the Heights. I do love the area just concerned for my safety.

I am a female considering moving into a small apartment complex in the Heights area near Harvard Elementary. The parking is outside the apartment building place is fenced. Does that sound safe? Will my car be broken into alot? I would like to know if anyone has information on how safe the smaller apartment complexes are throught the Heights. Thank you.

OK yea mine is worth 234k and hers I think 180k. Mainly I was wondering if in Harris County do they have a MUD tax. I seem to have two taxes a county tax and a MUD tax.

I'm not totally sure but I have a house in Richmond. I believe I will pay over 6k in property taxes when my friend in Houston pays 3k. I don't get it. Am I seeing something wrong? Any help is appreciated. I am calling my bank now for more information.

Is there a way to know what the develoment plans are for a community specifically Long Meadow Farms. The plan was a huge development, but now most has stopped. I was wondering if they were going to change course or not move at all.

ok maybe the functionality is good but the UI is way all over the place (user interface). It seems you got a developer to create the site w/o the help of a designer. Disappointed with the usability.

Afriend is buying a TH on Walnut Bend and Richmond. Owner claims City contacted her and told her of new development of Riverwalk type area along bayou and a Galleria 2 mall. Hadn't heard of this thought I'd see if anyone else has. Thanks! -redant
