What is going in next to Party City off GrandParkway (Walmart shopping center). There is a building between Party City and Best Buy. Also, next to 24 hour emergency room. Anyone know?

We descovered Kiz Pan Asian Kitchen last night after seeing in while at Fed Ex behind Black Eyed Pea on Mason. Food was fresh and FABULOUS. Prices were more than fair, I had Crispy Noodles with chicken $8.00. My husband Beef wok stir-fried $8 plus you get 10 chioces of sauce to acompany the beef. WOW!!! This is a diamond in the rough. Not to mention if you pay cash they take off 5%. Portions are good, my husband could not finish his. I am begging my husband to get it delivered tonight. You can order on-line at www.kizpanasian.com

Nope, no affiliation at all. Just loved this restaurant. Maybe you should try it before you assume the worst. What we need in Katy is GOOD restaurants and this just happens to be one of them but better yet, don't go and see for yourself. You probably don't deserve it.

Went over last night and they are out of business. What a shame they did not make it 6 months. Phone disconnected. Must have been sudden as they are featured in this month's Absolutely Katy along with Allie's steakhouse, also out of business.

I protested last year as I have two houses next to me that are bigger and have much less tax. WHY??? because they are white trash homes and therefor considered unsalable. If you want to lower your taxes, let your house go to shit and take picctures of termite dam,age or just an overgrown lawn with gargage strewn about. This is the only way to lower it. We ate there Saturday for lunch. Our bill came to $13.XX for two junior (one pattie) and one order of fries and drink. Unless you are really hungry the junior burger is plenty, like a regular hamburger at other places. An order of fries was plenty and it was really really tastety. My husband thought the fries were awesome and I was sold on the burger. Will definitely be going again. SOON

I've eaten at the one on Hwy 6 and Little York and also 290 and Fry. They were both really good and you get little loaves of fresh warm bread. Good BBQ but I was not a huge fan of their sauce. Overall, a GREAT addition to Katy I think.

Does anyone know for sure what is next to Spring Ranch BBQ. I even drove over there and ask a few workers and they did not know? I am still really hoping for a Cheddar's. Does anyone have the inside scoop for sure???

It's offical. Wal-Mart Grand Opening set for October 29th.

Talked with manager at the Hwy 6 and 90 store today. He said Wal-mart will take posession Sept 27th and he expects about a three week stocking period so will open somethim late October. Per him and I quote "it is like no other Wal-mart you've ever seen" That's what he said.

I am just estatic that it is not Big Lots. This was mentioned a while back.

Does anyone know what is going in here for sure. They have been clearing the land for the last couple of days?
