The dry cleaners in the shopping center has relocated and they are remodeling the part of the building that it did occupy. Does anyone know what is going to go in that space?

Looks like they have started clearing the land for the new Luby's. I know my wife is excited...

Does anyone have any information about the exact location of the Luby's that looks to be slated for the area between the abandoned Wal-Mart and El Corral on the east side of 249 just south of Spring Cypress? Is this new development in association with the retail center update? Are there any plans for the old Wal-Mart building except parking for Los Cucos?

They have begun clearing land in the space next to Memorial Springs subdivision. Does anyone know what that is slated to be? Another nail, laundry, liquor store, etc. strip mall. Oh wait, there is already one of those across the street.
