oh..does neone know if that would include electricity at least?

Dropped by today.....found out that the HOA are 39 cents per square feet. So a 1500 square foot condo would be 585 dollars per month!!!!!!!!!!

houstonmacbro: scroll above, i don't like the area
-
musicman gimme some examples of props you like please!
-
nah maybe ill move to the musuem district or river oaks or upper kirby, or perhaps the mosaic or cosmopolitan...enjoy your commute too!

you need to talk to a lawyer....sounds like he may have breached his duties such that the lease is terminated. Additionally, there may be an issue of whether or not you may get out of the lease since you stayed in the place long after the problem occured. Again, talk to someone and find out your rights.

sounds like u are right

so i drove by the place today...good god that place looks unsafe....i mean there are nice condos in the area, but there are shacks in the area as well..i guess this area is being gentrified or something. Neways, i also didnt like that area because the streets were all crap, foilage everywhere...looked like it was the bayou

LOL superfund area? no thanks. I studied those areas law schools.

Have you tried www.apartmentratings.com
I ran into this page just yesterday http://www.gunn.net/rise9438.htm
I LOVE the space but I hear price is too much for what you're getting. I think the reviews pertain to the whole Post complex.
I would love to live in the tower. I'd totally gut the kitchen and bathroom. That granite has got to GO.
So much potential. Can someone say "The Bold Look of Kohler"?
i agree with you flying man, in fact, the only reason i like the cosmopolitan is because of the kitchens and bathrooms. Do you have any idea of how much it costs to remodel a kitchen to look like ones the cosmopolitan (i..e integrated appliances that look all modern and sleek)?

Looking for something comparable to the Live Oak lofts that is fairly new. I looked at the midtown rise (riselofts.com) today and thought the areas were a little cramped (i.e. narrow, though long). And downtown is just too damn expensive. Any ideas?
-
wow, that is really suprising to hear of slow sales since (1) the website lists many properties "reserved" (2) and it seems to be right in the "thick of things" in midtown.
However, i did drop by today, and the inside, while "trendy" was still a little run down in my opinion.
But, i do like the location a lot.

Can anyone chime in about this place - www.riselofts.com ?? the prices look extraordinarily cheap compared to the ohter places such as the cosmopolitan and the mosaic. And i am trying to figure out why is the case since they look comparably nice.
Any info about the:
(1) place itself
(2) location
(3) etc
Would be very helpful. Thanks.

actually i heard 300 dollars per sq foot is right
-
400k is cheap compared to what i am guessing will be the cost per sq foot at cosmopolitan.....
I am leaning towards cosmo just because its in a nicer more upscale location, and i think the interiors are supposed to be far more impressive (i.e. integrated appliances). I am def. looking for a more "spa-like" feel to my home, which cosmo seems to offer.

actually curious about the "miami" floorplan wrt to cost
ty

anyone have an idea of how much the biggest unit (1600) sq feet i beleive with cost?
ty.

anyone have an idea of:
1) how much the 1700-1800 sq units will cost?
2) how long the commute will be during traffic to downtown chase tower?
Thank u!
