  1. As long as I know, the list of tenants have not been decided yet. If you take a look at the tenants of premium outlets in different places, none of them are exactly same. Your list is just a copy of rr outlets. It cannot be true. I guess that business site provided wrong information.

    No they're not misleading.

    I didn't copy them from the Round Rock list (I think Mr. Football did post the link from their site)

    That list and article was from a business site and the numbers listed are for the main locations (of the future stores) in round rock the area. They didn't say that it was a list from the RR one.

  2. I drive between cypress and college station 3+ times a week. It takes me 12 minutes from west road&290 to fairfield.

    It takes me 15 minutes from fairfield to PV. I drive at 75 MPH.

    have you ever been down 290 out towards brenham/austin?

    It's not just 15 minutes......it's at least 25-30 minutes. (from your statement on 10 minutes drive time)

    Prairie View is almost all the way to the Hempstead/1488 area. And I don't know how more cars on a freeway would make the drive ANY shorter.....commuters on 290 from 610 would know that for sure.

  3. The stores listed in this thread are MISLEADING. They are stores listed in premium outlets at round rock. So far, the tenants in houston premium outlets have not been decided. In other words, the list has not been released.

    The stores listed are better than the current stores at katy mills. it's definitely a good location for outlets. They won't have any problems with not having enough consumers. The area is saturated with new communities.
