Dallas, well Garland, has just opened a new mall called firewheel mall it is pretty much and upscale shopping center and i like the design of it. It is pretty much an out-doors area so when the weather is nice this place is amazing.

I'm trying to figure outwhat your talking about. Downtown Dallas is not booming, in fact there vacancy rate is around 26%. As far as Dallas having better downtown architecture, most of the world would dissagree with you. Houston has been booming for 10 years now, with alot more sceduled to go up.

Yeah that might be true but now look at all the construction surrounding the american airlines center we've got the channel 8 buildings underconstruction. I agree that houston has been booming however Dallas is also starting to rise to that level

Yeah man i know what you mean. First Irving now Arlington, I was kind of hoping that this would be built down town to bring some live back to the area, even though it is pretty lively we could always use an-other stadium there

yeah not to say dallas is better or houston is better i actually think that both cities have their own unique style to them
