How much is the tax rate? I've heard that it is over 4%. That is over 7k on a 175k house right?
Hi I live in SCR , my home property tax was 1414.63 and my other taxes were 4900 for the year this is my first tax bill, I bought for 245000 and was taxed at 166530.
