Looking at this location to open up Mi Lunas but i am just not too sure about this town center. No major retailers n restaurants have signed up at this place yet besides Victoria Secret, why?? Town center looks beautiful but it just concerns me when no national retailers are around it yet. Please someone explain to me why Mi Lunas would do good here n why it wouldnt. Anyone familiar with that location please help me out, thanks.

Could it work in the Houston Pavilions downtown? Or is that too close to the Village?

Looking to open Mi Lunas Spanish tapas restaurant in an upscale location around Texas or any other cities. Exclude Woodlands, Rice Village n Sugar Land. Anywhere in Texas n houston where there could be a new town center concept build or any great locations for Mi Lunas type restaurant. I have already checked Vintage Park n am not too sure about that area to build that kind of population yet. So if anyone can help me i will appreciate it. Thank You.

Mi Luna would be a natural fit in the new Vintage Park development (just north of Willowbrook on 249 & Louetta). Taco Milagro, Lupe Tortillas and PF Chang's have opened up here within the last few months and have enjoyed big openings. There's definitely a hunger for more 'inside the loop' type dining alternatives out here.

Where is the one in Pearland going to be located?

It will be either Pearland or Willowbrook area first. Location is still to be decided. The whole project is still under talks and could be finalized in a month or 2.

Hello everyone. So it looks like u guys like Mi Luna and thats a good news for me because I am opening up 1 or 2 more in Willowbrook area and Pearland in partnership with the owner. Just need few feedbacks on what would u like to see different about the restaurant and what do u think would make the restaurant better? Any feedbacks will be appreciated. Thanks
