Section 8 Housing can also be found in Katy Canyon Gate. Are developers required to disclose this to potential buyers? What other Katy neighborhoods are "Section 8"?

Yeah, but I have seen worse than Westgreen and use to have income like that. I wouldn't trade my house in Firethorne right now for Westgreen, but it isn't like Acres Homes either.

Some really nice folks live in the area, but unfortunately the area has seen a steady decline over the last 10+ years. The gang environment is definately present also, this area may never really rebound with all of the other choices in the vicinity for housing.

Agreed, it isn't SW Houston or Acres Homes but it's definately not Katy proper or Cinco either.
