We need a PF Changs out here in the Katy area. One at La Centerra, or near JC Penney would be nice. I think there is already a Chinese restaurant in Gardens at Westgreen.

We definitely need a PF Changs out here. Olive Garden and Cheesecake Factory need to follow.

I am not sure, but MRHS is over crowded, and if you look at the Grand Parkway Association site, you can see how many homes are planned (for MRHS and KHS zone). Another high school will be needed up there soon.

I could have sworn I was told that high school 8 would be at Grand Parkway and Clay Road (after Grand Parkway is extended to 290)

Is Equestrian Village still a well kept and good part of Cinco?

Is there an unkept part of Cinco? I recently found out that Canyon Gate was not technically Cinco. Are there other parts in the area that are not part of Cinco but play off the name?

What areas south of I-10 would be best to avoid?

I was curious if anyone knew about the former builder in Pine Lakes. The current builder is Carlisle, but there was abuilder in there before that ended up pulling out of the neighborhood. Does anyone know the story?

Also, does anyone know about this neighborhood in general? Are homes in this neighborhood going to appreciate? Is it a good neighborhood?

Change is constant.... What are some of your favorite Katy restaurants of yesteryear?

I miss Marco's (before they redmodeled the inside). That place was packed every weekend until Ninfa's opened.

If the Spots restaurant you all are talking about was located where the Starbucks on Mason Rd. is then I remember it. I enjoyed eating there. As a youngster I would stare at the train that ran through the restaurant.
