Does anyone know what they are gonna build next to Embassy Suites? It is kind of empty, or just leave for another development?

These stores give variety for all tastes and incomes=attracting a wide variety of individuals from the Houston Area.

Hey have any of you guys seen the new Houston Pavillions website, it's pretty modern filled with clean lines!!! I am so excited for this project to become real....hopefully it will attract more shopping stores to downtown to make the urban shopping center of Houston.

I think that in a couple of years North Katy will become more affluent that South Katy, because of the whole Grand Mall project at I-10 and Grand Parkway. All low-income homes will be taken down,and they will be replace by new homes. Or either the small homes will increase their prices because they are going to be near the new mall.

i really don't think that the katy area needs buses...........because then it will look like houston.........only minorities riding them............that would make the katy areallllllllooooooooooook abad

if ya wanted to live in a suburb use yar kar........or else move into a townhome near houston downtown

I think that "The Grand Mall' at Grand Parkway and the Katy Freeway, and "The Shoppes at the Grand" should start begin digging up!.........."The Indigo Earth Project" or in other words the new Water Park at the Katy Freeway between Westgreen Boulevard and Fry Road should start digging up too!! or something like the brand new "Gardens Westgreen" at I-10 and Westgreen Boulevard.

What do you guys think?
