Well can't say I like the concept, or design.. But the area needs more stores..

This is a triangle shaped area intersects FM 1960/Treaschwig Rd/ Aldine-Westfield Road.

Currently the land is being cleared, but no signs or web info on the project.  Very old farm buildings demo'ed plus old trees.

Article above details the sale, but I do not have access to a sub so I am not sure the details..  I read somewhere else there was no immediate plans to develop even though the land is being cleared.

In addition, a limited liability company connected to Austin-based FaulknerUSA Inc. has taken title from Joseph DeBakey to a three-acre tract next to the 31-story Dominion apartment tower, near the Galleria Mall. The 2525 McCue site is home to the 43-year-old Marquee Apartments, which are currently being torn down.

No renderings anywhere.. This might be listed under a differnt name, but if it is atleast somebody can update Emporis.

There is a Strip center going up behind Jack in the Box... Looks like they are drilling a Water Well there also..

Bunch of dirt mounds across the street from Shell though.

Land is all clear in front of Krogers down the road by Cyperswood..

Wonder when they are going to get started on the on the 5 lane expansion to Treashwig Rd... Then the eventually connection to Kingwood..

People are buying these houses that are going up in flood plans also... Wonder if they know?

Mercer Park is a sad joke now...

Starting to look disgusting with all the trees gone, Expect worse floods because of the forests being plowed down.. What is worse is what they are doing on the other side of Cyperswood, in a major flood plan to the East..

well these are reg HEB's and converted Pantry stores being shut down atm..

HEB Plus is more like Walmart or Target..

I have seen around 5 stores close in the past 6 months myself..

I guess its the smaller sized ones they are shutting down..

I was wondering if anybody else was noticing this?

Dunno if they are having trouble or they are planning on bringing in HEB Plus stores into Houston Metro or not..

There is one going up in Pearland atm though..

Seems like Treashwig is being developed from 1960 to Aldine-Westfield down Treashwig... But I am wondering what is going up on that corner across from the Gas Station?

moved a bit more up from 1960... really not much on 1960 is Spring anymore..

I have always thought of Rayford-Sawdust as Spring... is that wrong?

also the bottom part of the East side of 1960 is correct... Houston and Humble mix up down there...
