This nightmare of a joke, courtesy of Rick "GoodHair" Perry and the founder of Perry Homes has created a nightmare for new homeowners since it took effect in June 05. Good luck with your problems gentlemen...and vote that idiot "MoFo" Perry out of office....his greed is truly the source of your pain.
