Similar problem Lorenzo Flores peir my house in Westbury, that I bought in 2016. New pairs with 10 year warranty. 3 years now the center of house sinking cracks everywhere. He came to house and looked at the warranty said not his signature. Anyway he said after calling for 2 years but will break my expensive travertine floors , I said are you going to repair floors , yes carpet. Not sure what to do may go to Mexico, lawyer says sue, will I ever get any money from him. So pay a bunch of $$ to a lawyer and end up not getting a dime out of Flores? Every 3 mos he answers text, am documenting everything. Need advice, he put 39 piers around perimeter and yesterday a company working on a quote says piers in back to high, thus caused the center to sink. Help
