Rocket_Tx, your first picture from 8/22 is basically in front of my apartment. I'm fairly certain that's my car on the left. $3,000 worth of damage to a vehicle that JUST now turned 1 year old. 

Hi everyone, I live at the apartments that will be obstructed by this new development. The contractors that poured the concrete did a very poor job and ended up damaging several cars. that same contractor has ignored our pleas for resolution for over 3 months. We are really trying to get this resolved. Our concern could be multiplied by several headaches since they are set to pour additional foundations. Does anyone know who financed this property? I have the names and information for The owner, contractor, and subcontractor, but none of them will help. They all point fingers at each other and we are stuck in the middle. Please reply and I will reach out to you personally if you know of a way to help. We are really struggling to find the goodness in our new neighbors....
