  1. The MNPA presentation says it will be like the building on Main which opened in the last few months. https://www.southmainbuilding.com/ Recent images on google streetview here:https://www.google.com/maps/place/7557+Main+St,+Houston,+TX+77030/@29.6976901,-95.4118635,3a,75y,58.62h,89.66t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1semT2RPGt0V1jrEpCO3Ee5A!2e0!7i16384!8i8192!4m5!3m4!1s0x8640c01444b7f473:0xcb1689fc8b93f8e5!8m2!3d29.6981293!4d-95.4113305

This building wraps around a pool deck atop the so-called parking pedestal.  The current crane is 10 sections x 20'/section =200' tall, and begins by eye about 5' below ground.  So finished structure should be about 5' higher than the 8th section of the crane.  pretty much a box filling the volume except for the pool facing the existing low rise specialty hospital to the south.   this is based on https://www.museumparkna.org/resources/Documents/2019.08.07%20General%20Meeting%20Minutes%20.pdf, rumor...and FAA info listed helpfully above.   IMHO too bad an actual public discussion didn't impose some additional setback and allow more light into the adjoining narrow streets esp on N/S/W.  They are not So. Main. and Braeswood with the bayou beyond.   However, that may be a done deal.  We'll see impact.  Interesting in that regard that developer has not made anything public (unless someone knows better, I didn't find the presentation as promised at the MPNA site).
