The work that is going on the site. Is that for East River or the Buffalo Bayou. I haven’t seen much activity there in awhile?

So does anyone know how this will impact home prices? Currently shopping around and love the East River project of course, but now with the NRP project going in I'm wondering if I buy a house for say 350k on the North side of the bayou, which seems to be the average around there, is it immediately going to drop once the NRP opens up or is East River going to offset that?
No, I don’t think so at all

I saw a guy testing soil on the MDI lot next to the city side home development. So maybe they are getting ready to build next to it?

Got ya, it didn’t sound right but who knows. Maybe he was talking about the pouring of the foundation. I was driving by and spoke to someone.

I talked to someone and was told they are going to start pouring the Foundation and had a completion date of July. I wonder if that is even possible or how true it could be?

Does this have anything to do with why construction hasn’t started?
