Does this have anything to do with why construction hasn’t started? 

The work that is going on the site. Is that for East River or the Buffalo Bayou. I haven’t seen much activity there in awhile? 

What does this mean?

Looks like in town homes is getting ready to go.

Ok, I forgot to mention, this guy said he worked for EPA.

I saw a guy testing soil on the MDI lot next to the city side  home development. So maybe they are getting ready to build next to it?

Looks like “official groundbreaking” is this summer.

I wouldn’t know but you could call and ask. That is all I did.

I spoke with a sales person and apparently  there  Will be several phases.

I did speak to the guy again and he said they are doing side walks.

Got ya, it didn’t sound right but who knows. Maybe he was talking about the pouring of the foundation. I was driving by and spoke to someone. 

I talked to someone and was told they are going to start pouring the Foundation and had a completion date of July. I wonder if that is even possible or how true it could be?
