I'm almost certain that this isn't going to happen. They moved into First City Tower last year, if I'm not mistaken.
This week there is a charrette/workshop at Trinity Church in Midtown to gather ideas and solutions to spur development centered on the Ensemble/HCC rail stop.
Stop by on 7/12 and 7/13.
A lunch organized by ULI Houston is planned for 7/13 at 11.30 at The Hilton of Americas in DT, where the propasals will be unveiled.

Registration Opens for Gulf Coast Green 2006, hosted by AIA Houston
Held September 27th and 28th at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas, Gulf Coast Green 2006 features both local and national speakers who will explore sustainable or "green" building in the Gulf Coast Region. Speaker tracks include Commercial, Residential, Tools, and new this year, Healthcare.
Keynote speakers include Bob Berkebile with BNIM Architects, Kansas City and Robin Guenther with Guenther 5 Architects, New York.

does anyone have info. on the progress of this midtown project? i haven't heard anything recently.
Does anyone know the future of the two lots just north of the continental club, between travis and main? I have seen drawings and ideas for the past few years but nothing happened...
