I am a real estate investor in San Antonio native from Romania
Me and my partner we bought this old home built in 1900 with previous repairs to the pier and beam foundation most of it was replaced with concrete piers
Some of it is still on wood and also you can see the leveling floor problems
Called 2 general contractors and both of them wanna screw me so bad 9000k-14000k i say no
I need serious help here not BS from general contractors
Can anybody give me some names of structural engineer that can build a professional report and give me an estimate cost base on the report results?
