That is just about everyone's dream to have multiple income streams and not have to work most of their days for it.  I know I would love for money to just flow to me without effort and no matter what anyone else, I'll never stop dreaming that dream.

Judging from the posts here I would say that everyone here has very different opinions of how many is enough. I personally think that you only really need one great source and a good head for investing!

That is a great idea. I have a friend who made over a quarter million dollars in sales last year from a 15-page children's book. All it takes is one really good idea that you believe in and you're on your way!

I have learnt all the basics, but I haven't started on my 'advanced' class yet. I'm just taking a break for now. It's pretty interesting and fun once you get the hang of it, and pretty soon I know you'll be having fun writing little snippets of code yourself. 

I totally agree with you Weerdserf99.  I think that Love governs our entire existence and it is the basis of our Universe. If only we could focus on giving more love to ourselves and our fellow man, then our experience here on earth would be greatly enriched.

I think that $500 is reasonable for a refurbished machine but if you're looking for a brand new one then you should be looking at spending at least $1000 to $1500 or even more depending on what kind of machine you want. 

I'd go with the Dell XPS 13. The latest Ultrabook definitely has to be the best touch screen laptop on the entire planet (in my opinion.) 

I think Windows 10 is great. There is a bit of a learning curve to it but once you get the hang of it you'll love it. I read an article on How-to-geek detailing all the tips and tricks on how to get the most use out of it. 

I was brought up to think of God as a scary, vengeful and wrathful God, and he was not a friendly person to go to when you had a problem. I don't wan't my kids to go through that and I want them to think of God as love. Does anyone else know what I'm talking about? Did you grow up thinking of God the same way?

OK I'll start: 

Happiness to me is waking up in the morning to experience a whole new day. I'm so grateful that I get to still be in this life and I still have a chance to make all my dreams come true. 

I don't know about kids these days, but when we were growing up board games were always great to play at times like those and I think Monopoly or scrabble would be a great way to get everyone together and have fun for the afternoon. 

I know everyone has their own perspective when it comes to this, but I would really love to know what your definition of happiness is. 

Someone (I forget who...) said once upon getting to America, "They live in paradise, and yet they will never know it." Do you think that we take a lot of the things we have, especially technology, for granted?

I have never really understood much about caching and cookies and all that, but the way you explain it seems to make sense to me. 

I'm glad to see that the problem has been addressed. Reading through this thread, I was beginning to think that we were about to be over-thrown by the bots. 

Mine's me. It symbolizes that I like to come across as real every where I go, and even on social media I don't like to hide behind a wall and seem distant. I think when I put the real me out there then I can really connect with others on a deep level. 

I have to agree that the photographers here are doing one heck of a great job. Some of the images that I've seen on this forum look like they are of a very professional level

I've heard about that type of diet too. We have been conditioned to think 'low fat' is the only way to go when trying to lose weight, but I think there might be some benefits to this diet instead of a low fat one. The science makes total sense. 

One of my friends once warned me against Paypal saying that they have a habit of arbitrarily freezing people's accounts and that I should never keep more than $100 in my account. I've done that but I've never had my account frozen or any other problem for that matter.

What's your favorite sports bar near The Heights? Why do you like it so much? Is it the decor, the ambiance or the food they serve? I personally like Luke's Icehouse.

I am totally with you on that one SirJac. Trump has always had a great sense for business and financial success and he's going to inspire and motivate the country to a better economic future.

I can't say that I subscribe to this theory but it's nice to see what other people believe out there. It's really very ... interesting. It made a great read. 

You definitely seem to have your facts straight. That must have been a terrifying experience for you having to report on all those gruesome murders and be so close to them.
