anyone know what is replacing it?

I heard that a strip center was going to be built there.

I'm looking for information on the history/former occupants/especially old pictures of 1125-1127 E 11th St, the derelict two-story building in the little commercial strip with DaCapo's. and info or leads on what this building was, who built it, what it used to look like would be appreciated.

I went in there with my fiancee. We had actually considered purchasing it. It is a mess in there. But that place will be sweet with some money and tlc. I have some pics. but I'm not sure how to upload them.

ok is there a dry cleaners in the Lawndale area? Everyone I have asked has no idea. I was using the new official language, that may have been some of the problem, but really I cant find one..help

I think, I'm pretty sure there is one @ Lawndale and 75th. In the shopping strip where the Fiesta Grocery store is. Good Luck!!

I was checking out Alden Place which is between Montrose and Midtown.

Is anyone familiar with this area? And what do you think about buying

a home in that particular area?
