Saw a crew out here this morning moving dirt

Per the apartment management, the first building is set to be torn down this afternoon! I'll try to get some pics.

Temporary fence around the Archstone apartments is going up today. Hopefully demolition will begin soon.

Spoke with a lady who works in the office, she said its been sold but won't see any developments until 2017. Said it'll be "office/retail/residential". It'll be interesting whatever it is!
