2. The San Jacinto Inn (near Battleship Texas)
3. Tomek's (we'll make the location a trivia question).
IIRC Tomek's was on Old Galveston somewhere south of where 610 now sits. My mom loved the steaks there (in the early 60's) but drove the chef to distraction. She wanted a moist, juicy steak but freaked if there was even a hint of pink.
