    Seems like the lightweight stuff could blow off the roof and be a flying hazard at 500 feet heading down to the street.

     

    They don't worry about furniture -- ideally it can get moved inside in heavy winds. They do make sure all planting materials (ie: gravel) is securely held down and even look at the engineering of any cabinet hinges.

    however when you go to their website and look under Our Work or Under Construction it has no mention of this project.

    You would think with the scope of this project they would mention it on their site. Can anyone shed some light on who is the architects

  3. If you go to the direct link to my pics above in super jumbo form, you can see that the floor that they are working now is different than the ones that they have put in below. I think they are close to topping this thing out.

    They just finished the last residential (penthouse) slab. They're building the forms for the massive outriggers that will straddle the pool on the amenity deck.
