Just a quick update on the progress of our Parc at Midtown community ... Although we strive to create the most beautiful designs while always keeping our goal of affordability top-of-mind, we know we cannot please everyone. We receive many positive comments from our homebuyers regarding the aesthetic of the community and sales are great. Please note that the development is not finished so we believe it is too early to make a final assessment, including for that of stucco. When the exterior of the building is complete and the landscaped park in the center of the community is finished, we believe you will be pleasantly surprised by the overall design aesthetic. In the meantime, here are a few construction pictures of the development to-date. It is also worth noting that we offer a 10-year, insurance-backed warranty on the building's structure.

It seems like Upper Kirby is a good choice for those who want to have a little more space, but still within close proximity to more urban neighborhoods. The city seems to be friendly and more pedestrian-friendly with green spaces, parks, and lots of walkable shopping and dining.
What are your experiences with Upper Kirby?

Midtown is definitely one of the hottest neighborhoods in Houston. It's been in-demand since the early 2000's because of it's combination of nightlife, trendy restaurants, and retail shopping. We think it's the perfect place for people who love urban atmospheres!
Midtown is improving, with plans to open new shops and build new real estate, plus the addition of Midtown Park.

We’ve experienced much success in Houston by collaborating with residents and future homebuyers to plan our communities in an interactive manner. Today, we want to push our plan one step further and ask for your comments on a draft rendering that normally would never be shown publicly but one which we use in-house with our architect to apply different materials and colors to determine the final exterior design. Of course, the attached rendering is plain and does not show landscaping or a beautiful finish and therefore builders don’t normally reveal this work-in-progress to the public. Since members of this forum have proven to be very generous in providing us with insightful comments, we’d like to ask for your recommendations for the exterior envelope and we’ll propose colored renderings. Please keep affordability in mind when making your suggestions because this is what helps our buyers become owners. We previously addressed, in this thread, that the rendering in the first post was just a draft and will change. Attached is a new, never-before-released, rendering of the exterior architecture of the building and we’d like your opinion on materials and colors. We want this condominium development, Hampton Heights, to contribute to the landscape of the Greater Heights and we welcome and value your collaboration in our effort to achieve this goal.
