Swamplot says this building is three times the size of the previous design, in part because the developer was able to buy the house next door.
I didn't see the article on Swamplot, but I just saw men putting a new roof on the building next door. (The building next door facing Montrose). Maybe they meant the building in the back, but it doesn't seem to be sold either.
