The Northwest Transit Center (NWTC) is being reconfigured to accommodate both the New Bus Network and the Uptown BRT. Another new canopy structure will be build north of the existing one, thus bus bays increased from 12 to 20 bays with a new METRO RideStore. The footprint of the NWTC will be the same but enhanced reconfiguration. Approximately 250 parking spaces added NORTH of the transit center across Old Katy Road with new pedestrian signalization and sidewalks.
 

Just a half block east from Dun Huang Plaza is the BELLAIRE FOOD STREET which is completed and scheduled to be open very soon -  https://bellairefoodstreet.com
It is an almost 2 acres lot being build on. The area around Bellaire Blvd and Beltway 8 is going to be even more congested and good for business.

Phase II is the proposed Asia City Plaza East Tower at 33 floors (estimated height of 438.85 ft), and Phase III, the Asia City Plaza West Tower also at 33 floors (estimated height of 438.85 ft) or vice verse depending which they choose first.

Designed by architect Wen Zhongzheng. As mentioned his work contains the elegance of the literati, the innovative and harmonious design style, and the appearance and the interior as a whole give a sense of harmony and comfort. With that said, 33 floors would be the ideal number as it sounds alike "double" life, as literaly translated growth or reproduction (of wealth).

The bus lane flyover connecting to the Uptown Transit Center is "completed", meaning the structure is already there, while the 'Uptown Transit Center' building is going up as we speak. The flyover is right above the end of the Westpark toll road on Westpark Drive (right at that junction, ABOVE). The bus lane flyover drives into the 'Uptown Transit Center' on the third floor to get your buses.

The foundation sits along the location of the office building, within the Phase One of the project. I guess they will build the luxury hotel and condominium tower (A), and retail pavilion (B) before they build the 18 floors office building (C).

Timoric: It has to be over 781 feet to be the No. 4 tallest building in Houston.
The 5th tallest building is at 762 feet, the Heritage Plaza. 6th the Enterprise Plaza (at 756 feet), and the 7th is the 609 MAIN AT TEXAS (at 752 feet - 609mainattexas.com/#techspecs ).
