Hi, I am looking for suggestions. We have a 1.5 year old house in Missouri city Sienna Planation. Builder was give the 3 reports by inspector during construction but apparantly ignored some of the reports as now having leaking windows.
Question: Can anyone recommend an inspector who
- might use regular moisture meter testers (such as Delmhorst type) And uses infrared imaging to find leaks?
- or who is well experienced in moisture detection.
We are planning to have our windows water leak tested and present this to the builder before he presents us with his report on the problem.
