Awesome pics Mark...I wish I had some of the topography on my trip to lubbock. Those pictures with the snow blowing across the road are really cool too. Where did you take those pictures after the Denver ones?

The rest were taken on I-80 across Wyoming. With the exception of the one with the metallic silhouette of the Bison up on the hill and that is on the east side of I-25 at the CO/WY border. The snow blowing gets pretty bad @ Happy Jack Junction, and also between Elk Mountain and Rawlins.

On the way home I cut through on 287 from Laramie Wyo to Ft Collins Co.

This is a fine example of a faulted anticline, a tremendous amount of uplift going on here 5 or so million years ago. Just a great geological phenomena.
