musicman Posted January 8, 2007 Share Posted January 8, 2007 I have property in the area and the portion of Monroe between Almeda Genoa and Fuqua is supposed to begin this yr. The funding has been taken away once allocated for the past 7-8 yrs but this time it does look good. The plans call for widening the lanes from 2 to 4 lanes and lowering it significantly. The portion between Fuqua and the Beltway is currently not funded per Public Works and Distict E Councilmember Addie Wiseman. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
