Looking for a condo for a friend

Hey all,

I've got a good friend that's actively looking for a small condo inside the loop (77006,007,008). He doesn't have allot of money to work with (about $150.000) and is hoping for decent maintenance fee's (below $650.00). He's been working with an agent for a couple of months, but feels she isn't doing what she can to provide him with listings.

My question is... Can any of you out there provide info on a good agent, and or listings (aside from HAR) that might meet this criteria?
