It takes up the entire lot with a retail space in front, office/living space behind (same building), and a warehouse behind the main building. It has a covered drive-around carport with two driveways. It would be perfect for a start-up business. It is rented out presently, but we are ready to sell. I have pictures I can email if anyone is interested. We operated our business and lived there for 7 years. It's quite comfortable and a great location. And the 30 second commute was a breeze! We'd like to avoid the realtor scene if possible, but I'd also like some advice on realtors who are familiar with mixed (commercial/residential) properties. Happy Thanksgiving, everybody.
